Our Approach

From the convenience of a virtual environment, we offer high-net-worth individuals confidential, ongoing support as they navigate the challenges of and emotions around generational wealth.

While our clients often face shared challenges and themes, the boutique nature of our practice ensures that each individual receives customized, ongoing 1:1 support.

Our practice is led by a 4th-generation member of a successful business family with over 15 years of experience as a licensed counselor. Drawing on her lived experience and professional expertise, she brings a special understanding and judgment-free perspective, creating a safe, confidential space for honest, open conversation.

Common Challenges

Finding Your Passion & Purpose

If you aren’t true to yourself and your individual goals, no amount of money or family legacy can give you deep personal or professional fulfillment.

Untangling Wealth & Identity

Money can blur who you are, how you’re perceived, and what others expect—creating pressure, confusion, or a feeling of not fully “owning” your life.

Navigating Complex Emotions

Wealth is complicated. From guilt and worry to jealousy, isolation, and questions of worthiness or judgment, emotions often arise without an obvious outlet.

Inheritance, Estate & Next-Gen Planning

These milestones aren’t just logistical. Often, they’re emotional transitions surfacing questions about fairness, readiness, responsibility, and role.

Marriage & Prenuptial Dynamics

Discussing wealth in relationships can create tension, power imbalances, or fear of being misunderstood, judged, or valued for the wrong reasons.

Family Business Relationships

Overlapping professional and family roles can intensify conflict, blur boundaries, and make it difficult to communicate directly or authentically.

Personal Clarity & Empowerment

Gain greater clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and agency to shape your life with intention.

Outcomes

Skill-Building & Resilience

Intentional, Thoughtful Relationships

Gain tools for healthier conversations and connections with partners, siblings, parents, and advisors.

Stronger Individuals & Family Systems

Strong individuals strengthen the systems around them—helping foster relationships and shape the larger legacy.

“The more understanding we have, the more power we have to make a change.”
